Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Jase Gonzalez contacted our company on Ebay. He introdused himself as a Fireman. He was interested in a Brand new product we offer. The Feniex Fusion 2X Dash Light. It is used in Energency vehicles to clear traffic while responding to an Emergency. We allow our customers to fully customize their equipment as far as what color leds & optic. So he ordered an unusual configuration of this Dash Light. We did not have it in stock that day so a few days went by but we had not shipped it out yet. We informed him of the delay at which time he began to send us threats of filing a claim and leaving us negative feedback. On Ebay either of these can be a fatal blow to a business.

He sent a message that said he wanted a refund and to cancel the order about 2 days before he knew this product was to ship. Our owner being the honest Customer Service oriented man(First Responder as well) authorized and issued the refund although he knew the likelyhood of being able to sell the Dash Light to another customer was not very good due to the configuration in which Jasen Gonzalez required. Needless to say our shop shipped this Dash Light($169.99+shipping cost) to Mr. Gonzalez. Long story short he never sent back the item in which he received a refund. He was contacted many times by our shop and owner. He refuses to return our equipment and refference all he had been through over this order.

Very childish behavior. An embarassment to the Firefighting Community. If he was a fireman in our department our chief would have fired him on the spot. Firefighters are Honest, Brave Hero's. Not Childish Thieves. Beware of this individual. I do not recommend doing business with him. Can anyone explain how we could go about prosecuting him for this theft? Can our owner file a small claims case against him although this was an internet theft? Please help. We really just want to expose this person for the criminal he is. We are a small Family/First Responder owned & operated company. We are so disappointed if he is really employed as a fireman. We believe a thief has no business working as a first responder.

As a seller that has worked very hard over the last few years to keep our 100% positive seller rating its sellers like Jasen that anger us. He is a firefighter for youngsville FD, so I contacted the Police chief down there and he put me in touch with his FD chief. Needless to say after he realized how he conducted himself the chief was appauled and promised to deal with him and get it all resolved for me. So that is the route we took and I guess it has worked. Thank god for social media because thats how we found the youngsville PD and was able to contact them and his superiors. I guess the moral to this story is if you hold a respected position in your community you should be careful how you conduct yourself in every aspect of life. Thanks again Jennifer for the feedback and advise. Happy Holidays to everyone. As I always end, "Be Safe out There, as ALL Lives Matter"...

Negative feedback

To be 100% honest every business will come across a difficult person from time to time. Negative feedback is common and people think that if they receive negative feedback that they will loose everything and sales will deline. If you look at various sellers you will find some that have 800 positive feedback points in 30 days along with 20 - 30 negatives. So that goes to show that even as upsetting as it is to get a negative as long as you still have a good deal people will still buy from you. On another note you can file papers with the courts but you will have to file it where he lives. The travel and court costs will cost far more than the product he received. But when you run into someone who is difficult dont freak out. Work the problem out as best as you can to make sure that both yourself and the customer make out well.
