Mr. Coleman,

I do not need to hire a lawyer, you are the one saying I owe you money.  If you believe that to be the case which you truly do, since you filed this, then you get the lawyer.  You obviously have all of my contact information so please let me know the next steps to ensure you happiness with an $18,000 prize you paid $800 for.

Thanks for you time and you're welcome on the new Harley Davidson you won.

Mr. Craig Coleman accused me of running a scam raffle which I did not.  It was a standard raffle just like any else with a large prize where the winner of the item, in this case a $18,000 Harley Davidson is required to pay taxes, shipping, dock fees, etc.  It was not my company or my raffle, I was simply the Marketing person that promoted the raffle.

I will add I have NEVER one time in my life met Mr. Coleman and he spent $10 on a ticket to win a $18,000 Harley Davidson which he did and he paid and took his brand new motorcycle home for under $1000.  The rules of the raffle were EXTREMELY clear and in fact, we gave away 2 prizes and we had no issues with the other winner who like Mr. Coleman accepted his prize, very happily I might add and was fully aware of the rules as was Mr. Coleman.

Whereas I do not know this person it was brough to my attention that he had an issue with my previous employer and has extended that displeasure to me for whatever reason.  Mr. Coleman still texts me vulgar and inappropriate material on a regular basis so he has my cell number, if he would like to meet with a lawyer and/or arbitrator to clear my name in this.

I will also add, Mr. Coleman mentioned the Harley dealer had issues with me which is 100% false.  They have remained my sponsor since this took place and like me, also had extensive issues with Mr. Coleman and I am happy to provide any information on that as well if needed.

   Best Regards,

      Jason

after talking to lawyer he noticed there where no terms and conditions of raffle diclosed. also was told by a very reliable source that he was hoping winners of both the harley and the razor would not be able to pay the $3000.oo in tax,s so he would pocket all the ticket sales $ for himself. he now works for someone else doing 50 50 raffles at race tracks. u cant miss him ,he wears checkered pajama pants
