I counsel my wife, "Check people out" but she trusted the wrong person. My Macbook Pro battery went dead and she purchased one from him via eBay. Dead after 90-days. Contacted him via eBay. "Out of my warranty period. Call Anker. They will replace. 180-day factory no-hassle warranty" he said." Called Anker, DBA of Fantasia Trading in Santa Clara, CA, a Chinese company. They report he is NOT an authorized reseller and has no authority to represent them and thus they will not replace. The will sell us a new battery with warranty and deduct 25% for our trouble. Now that's integrity and good business sense. I informed him of this and asked for refund. No response. I thiink people think for $20 we won't bother. I will. As a LEO, my job is to go after fraud cases. From the evidence we have so far from Fantasia/Anker, he is a liar, a fraud and a cheat. Multiple "RipOff Reports here. We're going after him in Wooster, Santa Clara and Los Angeles. Save yourself the headache. Do Not Deal With This Individual.
