Jason Head Harassed and Unethical! Virgina Beach Virginia
I have been recieving an obsence amount of calls from this "company". I have requested in writing who they are, what is owed, etc. Validation of whatever this is. They are very secretive and threaten to garnish and sue. They call non stop to my work phone. I have left messages asking that they do not call me at work. They leave 4-5 messages on my phone daily with threats and rudeness. They have yet to tell me why they are calling only that they need to speak with me or I will be sued. I have sent letters most recently sent one today requestiong in writing again the validation of this "debt" the only way I know they are debt collectors is from reading scam reports!!!
Please help. I am a single mother and this is stressful and placing fear in me with these Debt Bullies! I don't know what else to do if they don't respond to letters asking for validation of what or who they are!!! I don't want to lose my job because they are constantly harassing our receptionist either.
