This man is nothing but a conman and has been for many years. He shows no remorse for anything that he has done or any of the people that he has hurt. BE AWARE, he has been a maintenance man for at least 2 complexes in the Rochester area. Webster Manor and Dorsey Gardens gave this man keys to walk into any woman's apartment without doing a proper background check!
