Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc. submitted fraudulent change orders for Boca Raton City Library by Project Manager Jason Roth/BTR Contracting, Inc. for thousands of dollars.
During construction of the new City of Boca Raton Library, Project Manager, Jason Roth submitted fraudulent and unnecessary change orders. Mr. Roth then had his company BTR Contracting, Inc. submit invoices and was paid for this unapproved and fraudulent work. This resulted in the contingency funds for the project being reduced by tens of thousands of dollars and possibly more costing the City of Boca Raton tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
