JAT Design promised me my SUV third row seat within a certain time frame. It took them over 2 months to send me my seat. Also if they ask for a fabric sample make sure you do not want it back. I did not want to cut any of my fabric so I sent in a back seat head rest so that the color could be matched perfectly. The headrest was supposed to be sent back with the seat. When I received my seat very very late it did not match and was a very generic color. My seats have slight accents to them like most car seats and this seat they sent me was very basic and all over same color.

Also I still have not received my headrest back, and it has been over four months. Guess I wont be getting that back and it will cost me almost $300.00 to get a new one. Now they wont return any emails or answer my phone calls. They were very adamant though prior to me paying for the seat they answered every call and email promptly. I would suggest goign with someone else on the net other than JAT design, there are a couple other options for third row seats. I chose JAT Design because I was put under the impression they could get me my seat the fastest and I needed it in a timely manner due to a child issue. That didnt seem to matter to the folks over at JAT design.
