Javelin Technical Training Center Outdated Material and Lack of Resources on Morrow Campus Morrow Georgia
I had attended Javelin prior to me finishing in 08. While attending in the past, they had students who graduated a week prior to me starting, instructing the class. They could not answer a single question I had pertaining to the material. I continued my education at the beginning of 08. The instructor for the day class now is outstanding when it comes to providing information, and attaining resources for the students. He has absolutely nothing to work with from which the school provides.
Javelin in itself was a dissapointment to me because although I finished, the material provided to me was outdated. In meaning, back in the end of March 08, Microsoft decided to discontinue the usage of the material we were learning. Javelin had no idea and was caught with there pants down. It took them three months to even come close to ascertaining the material needed for us as students to be current with what Microsoft offers for certifications. With what I completed, I cannot take a certification within any environment with Microsoft. So I spent thousands of dollars for nothing. They still haven't completely changed over.

As you know, I recently provided you with a written complaint related to my experiences at Javelin Technical Training Center. Please be advised that I have met with school administrators and we have settled our differences such that both parties are satisfied. Please know that I currently hav no claims of any kind against Javelin as I consider this matter completely resolved. I firmly thank Javelin Technical Training Center, the V.P. and the President for assisting me in furthering my education properly and with all the resources necessary to complete my goal in becoming MCSE certified. Thank you again for all the hard work.
