Saw ad on Facebook with many famous faces supposedly endorsing product. Enticed by $total fee of 4.95 for shipping. Purchased online via cell phone. 

Paid 4.95 in Jan, moved end of Jan, noticed in April a charge for 89.99 from same company, further researched 89.99 charges in Feb and March.

Number from email invoice was useless. Spoke to HCAMAX at 888 998 6283 rep Mirna & supervisor for an hour about unauthorized monthly charges and not receiving any other products because of address change. She ensured me that she would cancel the 3rd bottle, refund the first two, and that the refund may take 5-7 business days. 

I only received refunds for two orders. 

The next rep Brandon I spoke to lied and said I was only charged and refunded for 2 bottles. 

The next rep gave different info, was very stern and had poor service skills. He said they refunded the last two orders (different info) as a courtesy and the first order was too long ago. This guy refused to put a supervisor on, eventually telling to have a good day and hung up on me. 

So, I have lost 89.99 for a product never recieved.
