Complaint Review: Jb hunt trucking - Connecticut

*Now when you learn how to work the peoplenet and now how to do your job they don't want to give u a good run they give it to there favorite drivers. When u was train in the beginning about how to pick a load from the jb hunt drive. Ask how much load paid and how much is the fuel surcharge. I was getting percentage paid not miles. 65 percent Jbhunt 35percent. Now this dispatcher by the name of Michael Wimberley a new dispatcher tpopld me to shut up because I told him I was trained to ask how much load paid and what is the fuel surcharge. Said I conplain to much. Not a good company*

I started February 24,2016. Jb hunt terminal in Louisville ky. Trained  by Ed  Butler a bad trainer because if u ask a question he walks away and rush with answers to questions meaning talking very fast. Students in class throwing bottle around and the trainer in class see it but doesn't do anything. Now I didn't learn how to work the peoplenet or my ETA and Update inbound ETA. I fire my first dispatcher when I met him and his boss Floyd  the dispatcher name is Mark Nuessner. He never help me only saying go get training  wouldn't even tell me how to view my settlement. I was in a hole for 6051.00. Owning Quality company. Didn't get paid for 10 weeks straight. Now I fired my first dispatcher because of this. Now meeating the next one Michael Wimberley is his name. Said he started a week or so after me ok. To get to the point I saw a load on the jb hunt drive. I was interested in. I ask what is the paid for load and fuel surcharge price. Truck percentage is 65.Now from the beginning  with this dispatcher and the old one to this is how I was trianed. When u r a IC contractor and getting percentage paid not miles you have to ask for load price and fuel surcharge price. This dispatcher Michael said I conplain to much. Why is because when I asked him for that load I was interested in he said another driver took it and he is and IC Driver to. He didn't ask about anything I told him I'm not the other  driver and I was train this way from jb hunt.  

I don't make the rules here. He said again I conplain to much I said when u first met me we been working this way now he want to changes things. He told me to shut up and I got upset because I said to him you don't talk to me like that to this us poor business so I got mad and told him off. I told his boss he said he will talk to him and get back to me. I said if I don't get a load today I quit. I told Bobby that's  the dispatcher Boss he no I haven't made any money from the start. I learn from other jb hunt Driver how to work the peoplenet and ETA and everything else. I learn that the dispatchers only let u make a little money basically the same. I no this because it happen to me for months. They rush u at the beginning weather u learn right away or not long as the trailer being move or freight being picked up and deliver.  They are making there money. Not the driver. I met and saw a lot of Driver quit from IC, company,DCS and LP drivers quits. Not good. This company is very bad I wouldn't recommend no body to come here. They have there favorite drivers or you have to take everything they give u and to remind you on there contract states no push dispatcher a lie u don't do what they said they will fire u if u don't quite first. Oh and theyour have a load broad on the Internet that they don't want the IC and LP Driver to no about because u can pick and get your loads yourself and it paids good. They lie and said it close but I pick load from it already .like I said not a good company. If you thinking about being a LP or IC Driver for jb hunt  talk to all Driversorts in different areas ok.
