Unfortunately I am currently still a driver for jb all the reports you been reading is actually true. Jb Hunt has been ripping their drivers off through pay mileage and benefits I am currently going to file a lawsuit about my pay I been working with the company for three months now and the employees through with jb hunt can back me up 110% they don't care about their workers currently you spend the rest of your life driving for them and you get 5000 dollars for driving a million miles what is that which it will take forever to make a million miles currently they lie about southeast region millage plus they try to keep a certain amount of drivers over the road and they tell you they don't have any loads in your region which they lie since day one about giving you good mileage currently I can show you my pay stubs they keep you at a base pay which this is a multibillion dollar company otr company drivers for jb hunt don't have a life when you ask to get routed home they send you everywhere else in the world except for home keep in mind I'm a southeast region driver that got stuck for three days in Maryland but my home is in Georgia and it gets better they run me past Georgia to Florida without any tcalls and by the way watch those tcalls they won't pay you accurate for the milleage for tcalls I know a lot of you see I'm serious about those tcalls they won't go until the next check which they say payroll makes mistakes it's not payroll it's actually your manager pulling cards which he gets most of your pay then the company driver if that's not true go to corporate yourself they have a party every week on the second floor which I'm not talking about the third floor they get raises after weekly progress it hurts my feelings to experience no money which I'm wasting my time I beg you if you get offered a position with jb hunt for otr don't accept it trying to help your dac report your driving career and your loss of opportunity to make great money with other companies

First off, J. B. Hunt, nor any other trucking company GUARANTEES you "X" number of miles per week. The only thing they put into writing is the cents per mile rate plus other pay items. When JB or any trucking company assigns a driver to "regional" or "dedicated", this is ALWAYS dependent on freight being available in those routes. If there isn't any, then they will use that driver for other freight. Most drivers welcome the brief change rather than sit around crying and whining. JB nor any other trucking company does not get paid unless the wheels turn. So if you're saying there's available freight and they are singling you out to lie to you by telling you there are no loads then you've been listening to too much CB radio talk or other drivers who have zero conception as to how the industry operates. So, the dispatcher is stealing your pay and having a company wide party with it? GROW UP.
As for "T-Calls", JB has never been a company which placed great emphasis on them. To T-Call you from a load, means to disrupt another plan for another driver. Again, you've been hanging around far too many uninformed drivers. If you ae new to trucking, you need to WISE UP and understand it isn't scheduled airline service. Much of the rumors and CB talk is purely bogus B. S. from people who haven't the slightest clue as to how the business of trucking works. Either do learn how it works and stop your whining and crying or get out of the business all together.
Finally, instead of dwelling on the rumors and mindless B. S. you're being fed, take that time to learn the things you FAILED to learn in the second and third grades like sentence structure, punctuation, grammar and the correct usage of the words "is" and "are". In 2015 for you or anyone to post such a poorly written thing like you did with one long, run-on sentence and all the rest of it is simply incredible.
Let me save you some trouble. Don't bother to write back claiming "You must work for them" because I don't.
