JBA Headers PerTronix Dustin at JBA Headers deceived me stating I can will call today however now I CANT.. w/ Deadline! San Dimas, California

Before Noon today on 8/24/2012 I had left a message for sales to get into contact with me. Dustin the idiot called back. I told him it is important to get a set of Catback Exhaust today for WILL CALL and he said not a problem. Knowing that we have a deadline for a write up for an up coming press release for a non disclosure company using their parts. He then referred me to Autoanything.com to which John called and took my order at 2:20pm.
I then called Dustin at JBA for the warehouse directions since they have different locations why??? Good question. The secretary tells me that WILL CALL is impossible because everyone had left at 12pm today. Then Dustin tells me they left at 3pm today and never received the order from Autoanything.com 45minutes later.
I called the number of the address of their warehouse which is 15601 Cypress Ave, Baldwin Park, CA. to whom is also occupied by Seaboard Envelope Co. to whom is very secretive of their location and affiliate with Pertronix mother company of JBA. So now with his lies of being able to will call to close a sale and his lies of them all gone at 3pm to which the female said 12pm to which they both claimed that the order was never received due to Autoanything.com's lack of system delay.
They have ruined the deadline of this project as scheduled and has set this project back which is due tomorrow! Again Dustin your an IDIOT and as for the secretary/accounting your a lazy a*s.. I know they are not closed at the other location for I had a friend drive by the shop!!!! As for the owner or partner or JBA Headers.. This is the kind of people running your business.. NO WONDER you lack such public awareness of your brand.
