My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot in May of 2020 and were instructed to utilize JBC management Company for our installation and delivery. The people who performed this task were completely inept with their job. They “installed” a broken dishwasher and on top of that, they removed other plumbing that required an additional cost of $900 of repairs to fix what they ruined. They tore out copper wiring for our refrigerator that wasn’t even related to or installation.
We subsequently had a leak into our kitchen cabinet and floor for almost a week after their installers damage occurred. Tried to work with their claims department named Sedgewick and they denied our initial claim as well as an appeal. The entire process was not even addressed and our dishwasher ended up being three times the cost. Home Depot did not want to claim any responsibility and were not helpful at all.
