JC Penney has contracted with the Arizona Jean Co to manufacture down filled jackets with plants in India Their Customer Service is there as well - & they are bare Las Cruces New Mexico
JCP has contracted with the Arizona Jean Co to manufacture down filled jackets with plants in India. Their Customer Service is there as well - & they are barely understandable, not to mention just plain rude & they hung up on me four (4) times..
I sent the jacket to be cleaned & it was NOT filled with down, but feathers (& I know the difference between the two & so does the cleaners). After cleaning it looked like %*(%T^%$#^$).
Thank you JCP for sending good American jobs offshore many of we thank you _()&*&^***** - .
In a corporate effort to save money for your Suppliers Big Boys. We are paying the price for it here, not just in jobs but in products. You all continue to make the same profits you always have you do not even pass any savings on to your American customer. Greed is a sinful, albeit a profitable thing, if you are in a position to exercise it.
Get your collective heads out of your asses & realize we are no longer going to permit this kind of irresponsible business practices to continue. What you save in labor costs will ultimately cost you in revenues from AMERICAN consumers. Check your quality control practices. What comes from the off-shore suppliers does not even begin to meet AMERICAN quality control.
SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
& I'll bet I never get an answer or satisfaction from JCP or AZ Jean well, OK I' not shopping there ever again & I am forwarding this to all of my friends, relatives & anyone else I can think of, including National & International News agencies.. you just pissed off the WRONG American.
