My mother purchased one item from JC Penny and they talked her into getting a credit card. She only puchased one item and paid on time.She started getting penalty fees for no reason. She have proof. She pays the bill that she owes only.She is 90 years old and they call her all hours of the night and day cursing her out. Asking for money. I live a hundred miles away and find it hard to stop this harassment. What can I do?
