Like many people on this site, I was charge 9.95 for some rewards program I didn't know I was signing up for. No big deal, but when I called to cancel the 'customer service' person just argued with me over whether of not I really knew what I was signing up for and made it very difficult just to cancel the 'subscription'. I asked to speak with a supervisor and got pretty much the same awful treatment. I will never spend a dime at JCP again.
