JC Pole Barns James Carver They build a crappy building Franklin Kentucky
I was having my husband a Pole Barn built for our anniversary, i ran up on a ad on the internet called JC Pole Barns so i called and talked to James Carver who said he owns the company, he gave me a price and i thought wow he didn't have to figure it and i jumped on it, well everything was in line i signed a contract he sent me and emailed it back and he said we will be there in 2 weeks to do it, well i went to get a permit and i had to call him to get his contractor license number and he informs me i don't have any of that and that i would have to get it in my name, i thought that is strange so i went a head and done it and he told me to tell them i was building it and was hireing help, well 2 weeks went by and i called and he said we are running behind, after 5 weeks some crew well not a crew it was 3 guys showed up and delivered the materials and collected a check for $6700 and then left, no one showed back up for 3 weeks and it was the same guys and i asked where is James the owner and one of them said well he had to go to the Dr he want be here today, the job was a 1500 sq ft building i was told it would be done in 2 days and from the time they came back and started till they finished was 3 weeks and James never came to the job site, after the barn was finished we started noticing several things that was wrong such as roof leaking, the doors hanging, and the roof metal longer on one end then the other, i called him and called him and he would never answer my calls, so i decided to call from a different number and he answers and when i told him who i was and what was wrong with my barn he started cursing me calling me every bad name there was and saying he would knock my teeth out and said he don't come and fix repairs and if i wanted them fixed i would hire someone else, and when i asked him about the warranty he just laughed and said you figure it out b***h. Please and i stress this to you if you are looking for a metal building do not deal with this scum bag James Carver out of Franklin Kentucky AKA JC Pole Barns
