Jd Byrider - Cnac A complete rip-off!! I was taken thru the mud with this one Louisville Kentucky
I wish i could become part of the class action suit against Jd byrider here in louisville. They sold me a '93 Chevy Cavalier in april of 2000 with 63000 miles, not a week later the trouble started.
But to make matters worse, these people did not take they car i traded in for their delicate vehicle, out of my name. An employee took that car out, and had an accident, as a result, i was suied for almost killing someone. Lost of money, which i had to fight, but thankfully got out of it.
I say i wish because i did take the car back to them, after tons of trouble, and a load of rude and crude associates from the lovely facility.
I did give them their money, after they auctioned the car. I was left with a balance of around $1700 owed to them. Now as of last week, i have a wage garnishment attached to me, in the amount of $10000!!!
This has all been a nightmare, and i am so ready for it to be over, but after almost 7 years, and thinking i had their $1700 balance paid off, they now come at me with this.
I just cant believe their attorney could see good to go thru with something like this.
After knowing what they have done to people, and all the complaints and law suits. I wish someone could help!
