So sorry to hear of your problems with your car. However this is one thing you can do. If you signed an AS-IS statement when you purchased the car Sorry there is nothing that the dealer has to do for you. If there is some sort of warranty then you should be in good shape or if you have anything in writing about all the things wrong with the car. Either way I would go to the Michigan web site and make a complaint to the Sect. of State(which governs all Dealers) and let them know the problems you are having. The state keeps track of everything and if they continue to get complaints the State will do something about it. And there is a reason that the dealer is no longer with JD Byrider. My guess is that they are even to shady for them.

M: We were disappointed to learn of your recent experience and complaint against the Taylor Michigan J.D. Byrider location concerning your vehicle service issue. J.D. Byrider strives to provide a program that exceeds customers' expectations and maximizes their opportunity for advancement. J.D. Byrider offers customers an affordable and dependable automobile while restoring their credit. Included in this program is the comfort in knowing that you are purchasing a dependable automobile with superior customer service and support. However, we understand that automobiles do experience mechanical problems. In the event that your vehicle experiences mechanical problems, it is J.D. Byrider policy to abide by warranty agreements and efficiently service customer vehicles in a timely fashion. Regretfully, with the ordering of necessary parts and demanding repair shop schedules, the servicing of an automobile has the propensity to be untimely. Now your case is unique somewhat in that the location is no longer a JD Byrider, but it was a JD Byrider when you purchased your vehicle. For the last ten years, J.D. Byrider has been the industry leader in helping people get a reliable used car. As North America's largest used car franchise corporation, we are committed to making your car buying experience as enjoyable as possible.
