ON SEPTEMBER THE 9TH I PURCHSED A VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND EVERY SINCE I RECEIVED THE VEHICLE IT HAS DONE NOTHING BUT CREATE A PROBLEM TO MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. I TOOK THE VEHICLE IN NUMEROUS AMINT OF TIMES AND NOTHING BUT PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM.

THE SALES MAN GOT MAD THAT I HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS, KEPT TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR IT AND THEY DIDN'T. IT DID NOT DO ANY GOOD AT ALL, I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND HE WAS DODGING ME, AVOIDING MY PHONE CALL'S ETC, THAN THEY PUT THE MECHANIC INVOLVED WHO WAS NOT NOTHING BUT A LIER, MY FIANCEE WENT WITH ME AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WAS FULL OF IT AND THEY KNEW IT TO.

MY OIL GAUGE LIGHT DID NOT WORK, FROM THE BEGINNING AND WE ALL KNOW THAT IS LIKE OUR LIFELINE. THAN THE ABS LIGHT STAYED ON. THAN THE WIPER'S WERE BROKE ETC. I COULD GO ON AND ON I DO HAVE THE PAPERWORK THOUGH, I TOLD THE CREDIT COMPANY WHO FINANCED ME THAT I DID NOT WANT THE VEHICLE 4 DAY'S LATER, AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP.

I AM A SINGLE MOM WITH 3 TEENAGER'S WHO TRIED TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND GET SOME CREDIT ESTABLISHED AND THIS CROOKED COMPANY GOT ME GOOD, BUT I AM FIGHTING THIS ALL THE WAY PERHAP'S ON THE NEWS'S. BUT I HAVE STARTED A PROCESS WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE TRASH THAT THEY SOLD TO ME, I HONESTLT DO.

IT THE VEHICLE WENT OUT ON ME DAM NEAR KILLED ME THE OTHER DAY, AND I WAS TERRIFIED I LEFT THAT PIECE OF s**t THERE AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET WITH THE DEALERSHIP , AS OF YET NOTHING BUT THIS IS A FIGHT I DO PLAN ON FIGHTING ALL THE WAY IT JUST DON'T MAKE ANY SINCE AT ALL, AND I REFUSE TO LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT THE CONTRACT WAS ALSO FALSE THEY WANTED ME TO LIE TO THE CREDIT COMPANY IF THEY ASKED ME HOW MUCH I PUT DOWN, THE CONTRACT STATES ONE THING BUT THANK GOD FOR RECEIPT'S CAUSE I DO HAVE MINE. THE SALES MAN ALSO TOLD ME THAT I COULD BRING IT BACK AND THAN THE MANAGER STATED THAT I COULDN'T LIER'S LIER'S FOR SUE.

CAUSE THEY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE MESSING WITH MY FAMILY AND I. I DIDN'T AND DON'T HAVE MONIES TO JUST GIVE OR THROW AWAY, NOT AT ALL. YOU BETTER BELIEVE I AM PISSED, ANGRY HURT AND BETRAYED THAT THIS CAN OCCUR, BUT WHAT REALLY GOT ME IS THAT THEY ARE NOT UNDER J.D. BYRIDER ANYMORE, CROOKED a*s PEOPLE WHO PERHAP'S GET AWAY WITH IT IF WE AS PEOPLE TO DO NOT TAKE A STAND ON WHAT IS RIGHT AND FAIR, AND I DO BELIEVE IN FAIR 100% PERCENT .

So sorry to hear of your problems with your car. However this is one thing you can do. If you signed an AS-IS statement when you purchased the car Sorry there is nothing that the dealer has to do for you. If there is some sort of warranty then you should be in good shape or if you have anything in writing about all the things wrong with the car. Either way I would go to the Michigan web site and make a complaint to the Sect. of State(which governs all Dealers) and let them know the problems you are having. The state keeps track of everything and if they continue to get complaints the State will do something about it. And there is a reason that the dealer is no longer with JD Byrider. My guess is that they are even to shady for them.
