No, I don't represent any credit card company... I am merely a consumer that has NOT gotten ripped off, yet. I also ordered the hearing aid on Aug 18, 2002 and have not received the product. BUT, I put the charge on my credit card and BY FEDERAL LAW the company is required to deliver the product within a certain timeframe (I don't know if it is the same day as the charge or before the charge is incurred). This protects the consumer from being charged and the company keeping the money indefinitely to their advantage. I have not been charged for the item as of yet and it has been almost 60 days since my order was placed.
