I sent an order to Hawkesbury, Ontario, J.D. Marvel in November 2002 for the sum of $122.50. My cheque was cashed on Nov. 18, 02. Since then I have heard nothing. I have tried phoning and the line is always busy or no one answers. I have received another catalogue and including a new phone number which is 1-514-344-4747 and still no answer. I cannot figure out any way to get my money back and would sure like some help with that. It is now March 4, 2003 and I still haven't got my money back or heard anything. I have also sent 2 letters with no answer.
