Company cashed my cheque for two pair of slippers in Sept./02. Had not received goods by Nov. 26/02 and called the company. Customer Service reported that they were just waiting for shipment which would arrive "next Wednesday".
She assured me I "would have them before Christmas". Still waiting and no-one answers Hawkesbury phone number; Phone number from website is busy constantly.
