JDMarvel Ripoff Products are a joke!
As I have come to find, I am not the only one this company has ripped off. Thanks to this site, and several others, I have been able to post my complaint about jd marvel.
I ordered fleece lined slippers oct.14 2001. In the add you were able to purchase two pairs for a little cheaper so I figured I would get two to save some time in ordering agian. My credit card was billed november 23 2001. concerned about my things, I started to call the place, and just as everyone else has said--busy, busy, busy. There is a message that you are able to email them to check on an order and they would reply in 1 business day. After 6 emails I have yet to get a response. It is now January 19, 2002 and I am still waitinf for the rest of my order.
I did get to talk to someone on January 4, 2002. He let me know that my product was on back order for all this time and was being shipped out that day. WAHOO!! I was finally getting my slippers. YEAH RIGHT! only got one pair. I have reported them to the better business burea and have posted as many complaints as I can type. Hopfully with everyones help we can shut down this joke of a company.
PS: my phone bill racked up to about $40.00 from calling (the agent told me it was getting too expensive--I bet it was buddy!)
