To Whom It May Concern:
On March 1, 2002 I mailed in a cheque for $39.85 to you requesting one Clearview MiniDish for my 13 year old son. The cheque was cashed for $39.85 on March 8, 2002.
My son is very disappointed and anxiously waiting for his Clearview MiniDish. He runs to the mail box every day hoping it has arrived.
Please let me know when it will be mailed to him. Once again the cheque and request was in the name:
Rhonda S.(for Jeremy S.) "Ontario"
cheque #601 in the amount of $39.85
If the Clearview MiniDish is no longer available please refund us as soon as possible as it was my son Jeremy's own money. He saved for a long time to get the dish by babysitting.
I told him not to buy the product but he insisted. He is really disillusioned and unhappy that this has happened to him on his first major mail purchase. Please do not disappoint him.
