On October 25, 2002 I sent in an order that I had received in the mail for some slippers and a TV Antenna. One pair of slippers was for my husband for Christmas. I believed the merchandise would be here before Christmas. But it is now December 27 and still no parcel from JD Marvel.
About four weeks ago I had phoned the number provided on the order form. The person I spoke to stated that the merchandise wasn't in the office as of yet and that they had to back order the purchase from their warehouse. He also stated that they would get the back order on both December 6th and December 10th. I asked him when I would get the order and he stated that I would receive it before Christmas.
I just phone JD Marvel this morning and I found out that the Office is closed until January 6, 2003. So, I am feeling that this totally SUCKS...the worst thing about it is my husband and I don't have alot of money to throw away like this. We are both students and on student loans.
