Robert and Christina - the company who fixed the windshield in the van made a mistake - unfortunately that is something we cannot control. None of us would want to drive a vehicle with a leaky windshield. And even though it was not JD Byrider who fixed your Astrovan in regards to its leaking, we are standing behind our deal as we have discussed since you came to us earlier - we will address the issues regarding the windshield!!
