I financed a car from JDBYRDER April 2017 they charged me $ 8000 for a 2005 Dodge Neon warranty included 36,000 miles or 3 years. If i had requested carfax on the vehicle? I would have seen that the car was constantly being service the year before i brought it. 4 months later the car started overheating and stalling...i took it back to JDBYRDER service department. They " allegedly " corrected the problem. Well couple months later same problem...the next year 2018 spring time...car started overheating and stalling again. The car was in shop multiple times before they figured out it needed a replacement engine. Warranty didnt covered replacement thermostat and other minor repairs.

Thankfully engine was covered. Fall 2018 car overheating again...stalling need Another engine!! I stupidly drove the smoking car to the dealership...the manager met me outside didnt seem to care my car was smoking and me and my young daughter inhaled fumes ..they offered us water. He scolded me for missing a service appointment a few months prior . Claiming the problem could have been properly diagnosed! He new to this location anyway! He also stated that i should be paying 400.00 a month for a 2005 Dodge neon! And if i wanted to trade in my hoopie that i would have to put $ 1800 down and pay $ 340.00 a month for another decade old used car. Unbelievable! Unethical business practice.
