JDC Wigs Scam Artist Kent Washington
I have a medical condition that makes my hair fall out. I came across the company JDC Wigs and be looking at their website, I thought I had found a company that could help me by providing a wig that was able to fit on your head with a special appilication and you could eve swim in it. I was overjoyed
I ordered a wig and all the products needed on September 2, 2008, to secure the wig to my head and well as maintaining the wig. As of October 30, 2008, I still have not received it nor have I been able to reach them. My credit card was charged that day, September 2, a little over $500. I have tried emailing them over and over, no response. The phone number they show says "this is not a working box". They are still running their website and still abusing the internet offering services and merchandise that they do not fullfill.
This company needs to be stopped and pulled off the internet before more people get shafted. I contacted the BBB in Washington and filed and complant. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company about this and they are checking further into this company. There should be some kind of recourse towards this company so no one else is taken advantage of.
