===================== Jeff Adams - Real Estate Web Profits  Refused to cancel coaching program within the 3 day cancellation period. Just didn't return any phone calls or respond to emails. Kept my money. Upland, California

I purchased Jeff Adams' coaching program with the understanding that I had 3 days to cancel. Mike told to call him back within 3 day period if I decided to cancel contract.  I called back on 3^rd day to cancel after thinking about offer and talking with people who had purchased Jeff Adams coaching program.  I had to leave a message for Mike to call me back.  He never did.  I called several times  trying to reach him I only got his voice mail.  I finally called customer service and spoke with Jenny who advised me to send email to her at [email protected], and she would forward message to Mike.  I never got a call back from that either and I emailed her 3 times requesting cancellation of coaching program.  Mike had told me I needed to fax a form to his office by June 29, 2009 agreeing to contract for purchasing coaching program.  They would then send out program materials.  I never faxed form to them since I called them Friday to cancel program.  Approximately 1 week after I sent first email requesting cancellation, which I promptly returned.   I have been unable to reach Mike, who sold coaching program, and no one else in the company can do it.  They still have my money, and I dont have anything to show for it.
