Jeffrey V. Coen a.k.a. Jeff Coen was one of the most corrupt judges ever to sit on the Dallas Family Court's bench. He took campaign bribes to steal children. He was so corrupt that in the last election, in his own party's primary, Jeff Coen couldn't get more than 14% of the vote.
Don't trust him with your mediation. I know this man. He just wants money to line his pockets. Run as fast as you can from this corrupt a**hole. Find an upstanding, reputable mediator instead. You know this guy is bad news when his own party doesn't even want him. Thank God for Court reform that is pushing out the public corruption.
