Further to other reports on this site, Mr. O'Neill called me this morning, Oct 3rd, 2010 to follow up on a request I made several weeks ago regarding a walk in bath tub. I was not interested in his product, especially after talking to him for about 5 seconds. He was beligerent, rude and demanded my email address. When I refused he started calling me vile and foul names. I called him back,he is not smart enough to block his phone #, to find out the name of his company - TOTAL CARE, #306, 254 EAST 12TH AVENUE, VANCOUVER, B.C. 1-604-877-0633 in case you are looking for him. He is also on Facebook - Jeff O'Neill. He called me back twice with rude messages, not worth repeating,
I have reported Total Care to the BBB and will be following up on this until he a) apologizes and b) posts his apology to me on Facebook.
