Jeffery A Smith law group 2,000 taken from me for not doing anything. papers lost, to many clients, not enough time. Supervisor just yells so you can't understand anything she say's then hangs up on you. Stuart, Florida
It's been over a year to get a home modification with Jeffrey A Smith law group. It cost me 2000.00 not including late fees from my mortgage company. the paper i received when i started with them said, in most cases the complete modification will take 60 to 90 days. They have lost papers, said did not receive them, they are just to busy, because they have so many clients. My case has been closed 3 times because they were to busy. I was speaking with a Lisa, i then asked to speek to her superviser, Henderson. It was hard to understand her because all she did was scream at me. I had to ask for her name 3 times before i could understand her. I just want my money back. Company's like this should be held accountable for what there employes do. if there is even a lawyer involved at all.
