Jeffery Fernholz Non- Payment for Services Cortlandt Manor New York
Jeffery Fernholz contracted with my company, Handyman Connection, to develop a written estimate for labor and materials for damage that had occurred to his home due to a water leak. Mr. Ferhholz agreed to pay my company $125 to develop the estimate which involved not only estimates of our time and materials but also estimates I had to get from cabinet makers. In addition his house was over an hour round tip drive from our office.
The estimate was e-mailed to Mr. Fernholz on 4/10/17 at 6:39PM
Despite reapeated phone calls with messages and 2 occasions on which we spoke to the man direcly and he promised to mail a check right away, we have never been paid.
