This shop only replaced parts they wanted to replace which in fact were not the parts that needed to be replaced. This was a complete Ripoff. They totally fabricated a failed part issue. I had to return to the shop a few days later with the same problem only to be told that another part had failed because it was working fine when I left. Even though I had told them it was an intermittent problem from the beginning. They are nothing but parts replacers, not mechanics and not interested in actually helping the customer. You can rest assured that your car and your best interests are not their interests. To fabricate a phony failed parts problem this scheme involves the mechanic, the service manager, the customer service person all to be involved is a scheme of deceit and lies in order to steal your money. Consumers are virtually helpless to these modern day bandits. I am not knocking Honda, only the low life scum local persons that work at Jenkins and Wynne Honda Service Dept. and their management/owner enablers. Stay away from this jip joint service department.

It is obvious the fraud and deception which has permeated the sales aspect of the sorry car business has now flowed into the shop like raw sewage from a leaking sewer. You experience very obviously shows that. Look around and ask around for a reputable INDEPENDENT shop and become a regular customer. I do not mean Walmart, a chain or a tire store. A good independent shop is usually owned a very experienced mechanic who is there everyday. They will employ similarly experienced mechanics and not a bunch of kids. A reputable independent shop owner will care about their customers, provide better prices and much better service. They won't lie to you or play any of the common games you'll find at the dealership. It is IMPERITIVE you do this NOW and not spend one more cent at any dealership.
