The absolute worst house flipper imaginable.
She likes to hire any experienced tradesmen she can, will agree to payment terms, then re-n*g without honoring the contract or agreement. If you do work for her, have her pay daily, or you will get clipped.
She prefers that you just slap things up and glue them together, although she still won't pay for your time either way.
She doesn't want anything done well, and buyers get ripped-off the same as any workmen she hires.
Jennifer Hilkert is a liar, a fraud, and a thief. Buyer Beware, I have to sui for $200. Which I am happily doing, she deserves it.
