Jennifer Shurts is a convicted felon; living in Temecula CA. The self-proclaimed owner of My Marketing Executive; Jennifer Shurts claims to be an expert in sales and marketing. She will commit fraud and lie to your face to get whatever she can behind your back. Jennifer Shurts cannot be trusted.
Convicted of embezzling from two firms, Communispace Corporation and Achieve Global Inc. in 2005, Shurts used phony email addresses and phone numbers to convince Communispace Executives that she had cultivated a growing customer base of Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, Bell South, Home Depot, and UPS.
Jennifer Shurts forged signatures on letters of intent from phantom clients showing $850,000 in projected sales, more than half of the company's revenue at that time. Company officials became suspicious after none of her deals materialized.
To keep the scam going Jennifer Shurts over a two year period used a voice-distortion device, sometimes posing as a man, to keep Communispace employees from discovering her con when they called on the fake client phone numbers.
Shurts fabricated excuses as to why her clients were backing out of contracts, one example; her client had advance breast cancer, another had a heart attack. Shurts even went as far as to include her family, stating her brother had died in a surfing accident, to avoid a meeting with the company CEO to discuss her failed contracts. In Court documents US Attorney Michael Sullivan states the brother had not died.
Jennifer Shurts has no remorse for what she did she is a liar and a thief and is attempting to go national, her next target is the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.

Jennifer is a good and decent person who hasn't nor would take a dime from anyone. Jennifer was never convicted of embezzling and 80% of what the press wrote was ether misleading or plain wrong, unfortunately for Jennifer. She is truly one of the Christains that loves God and others and will go the extra two miles for any one of you. The person posting all this trash should be ashamed. May God foregive you.

It is quite clear that Seamus is trying to do me and my family harm. Anyone that knows me, as Seamus does-since I worked for him for 3.5 years, knows that my case matter was related to severe mental illness, which has been successfully treated since 2003. The incident (wire fraud) which is faxing fake documents across state lines took place in 2000. The crime claimed by Seamus and the newspapers is wrong. I think it is pretty clear to most people in the world now, that the media does NOT do it's due diligence. The restitution associated with my crime and confession to Communispace was volunteered by phone and in writing. Somehow noone but the lawyers and judges seem to recall this little fact. Having babies that were one and two at the time, I agreed to a plea agreement with the government, paid my resitution in advance and apologized for everything. It is still hurtful to this day to have my story completely mis-represented. I know God knows the truth and I know that God has forgiven me, regardless of those who have not and will not. I am very thankful that I have only one judge in this life and it is not the media or people who are mad at me for the mistakes I have made in the past. To be clear, I have NEVER stolen a dime in my life nor would I- steal from anyone. I have no arrest record in any state but yes, I am a felon because I faxed false agreements and I lied about it. I tried to do the right thing by telling the truth and getting the help that I obviousley needed. The "charge" actually saved my life and I am thankful to God and Diane Hessan of Communispace for giving me the confidence to explain the truth. Seamus, knowing all of this, fired me with no grounds other than I refused to do additional work for free. He knew about my past when he promoted me to his VP of Sales in 2005 and he fired me on August 18, 2008 and withheld my paycheck. Seamus is trying to prevent any hope for a successful future for me and my family by slandering my name with old garbage. Seamus is one of those people that we all know....he takes what he can get from you, leads you to believe that he's broke so that you work for pennies for him, yet all the while he is committing multiple crimes without being charged. He is living the good life, while others struggle to make ends meet. He is the nicest man to your face and then stabs you in the back when he is done using you. For those that know me, I hope that you will post to Seamus's hurtful but ridiculous claims. To those that have been ripped off by him, I hope that you will post to the complaint I filed against him, under Seamus, Digital Vision. Seamus was a private investigator at one time and has posted notes about me twice, each under Sherlock Holmes. One posting he claimed to be in NY and the other he claims to be in Torrance, CA.
