Jensen Tire Co Store #14 Steal everything Valuable out of your vehicle including your stereo Omaha Nebraska
I John Kilmer brought my vehicle into Jensen Tire for service on my brakes. The following day after dropping of the vehicle, I cantacted them to check on progress. To my surprise they informed me that the window had been broken out and some stuff had been stolen out of the vehicle.
This had happened even after I had requested the vehicle be put indoors. They would not compensate me for the damages or what had been stolen from the inside. Instead I received A letter from their insurance company saying that they were not at falt.

Take them to court. There are several cases in which the courts in Nebraska favors the victim. These cases are important because it sets precedent in how courts rule. One precedent involved H&H Chevrolet in Omaha and it went to the Supreme Court in Nebraska where it was ruled that H&H had to pay damages to the victim. I put my vehicle in GM dealership down in Nebraska City, Nebraskain 1998 or 1999. While it was being held there, it was broken into and over $1000 worth of stereo equipment and CDs were stolen. I took them to small claims court and was successful in winning. They appealed and we went to district court(?) with attorneys. I won again and they had to pay me over $1100 for the damages while the vehicle was in their possession. That's why they say that possession is 9/10ths of the law!!
