 I too have rec. 2 payouts that were both 10% of what was promised and now the past two draw periods I have received no payout and upon calling I am now getting no answer...I have attempted 5 calls over the past month.

If someone doesn’t look into this soon next call will be to SEC. so far this company at best needs to regroup and figure it out on the communication side so their investors that are patient and understanding are not being brushed aside...at worst they are scammers and paying people just enough of a return to make this a civil matter and not a criminal matter

I am one of the principals who manages the operations for GBI. I was made aware of this report back in December 2017 but held back from drafting a rebuttal until it was advised that I do so.

First and foremost, the information listed as being factual is anything but. Allow me to address each statement presented.

1. Client Initiatives was a digital marketing firm that specialized in writing articles, managing Google Adwords campaigns, local and organic SEO, and lead generation for hospitals and detox centers. Client Initiatives also developed proprietary software that allowed psychologists, family counselors, life coaches, therapists, drug counselors, etc. the ability to privately counsel clients and patients via a HIPAA compliant video chat center other than Skype. Our platform allowed professionals to even accept insurance info, payment forms, schedule appointments, etc. in a secured and private fashion. Many vocation schools and some branches of the military had expressed an interest in using our technology. Unfortunately, the cost of marketing become too expensive and we couldn’t get the technology to go viral fast enough, therefore, we decided to end those programs. How in this universe does this align with anything that GBI does on any level of operation?
2. During the week of December 9th, 2017, we were proud to announce that all our Members from the operation which was described as dilapidated, shared in hundreds of thousands of dollars that week in profitable distributions. A project located on 5.5 acres with a 60,000 sqft structure that was redressed from the ground up, bolt by bolt. Feel free to visit our website for pictures. Feel free to come up and tour the facility. Every Member has not only received 100% of their investment back since we started in April, but also a great profit on top. Well done GBI!
3. All Members according to our legal documentation are provided first right of refusal on all projects. This means all Members get to say, “Yes or No” first. Once again, well done GBI!
4. I will personally pay $100.00 to anyone that can show me proof that we offered to take everyone on a cruise. LOL. Never did way promise and never will we ever promise to do this. My family, however, did enjoy an amazing 4-day cruise to Mexico for Thanksgiving 2017. We had a blast. 

In short, whoever wrote this is way completely incorrect and presents facts based on a 100% zero basis. The facxt that it was written as anonymous tells me that it wasn't even an invester. We have 2 Members in our database who reside in Kansas. Neither of them wrote the report. We look forward to an amazing 2018, 2019, and so on and so forth. I am an investor oc this company.  I began with GBI last July.  I have since received two payouts.  The company is new and there are glitches and that is why the payouts are not coming as quickly as we would like.  I would like the payouts every week, if I could.  But we have been receiving them every other month.  Before I invested I was skeptical but I just jumped in and I am glad I did.  It will take a couple of years for me to get my money back and see a positive but I do believe I made the right decision.  It is not right for this report to be out here like this because someone was impatient to get their dividend.  The company is new--still struggling, but I do believe the cannabis business will explode and whoever is invested will be benefit!
