Jeremy Kings Frauds Small Conpany out over $3500.00
Here is his scam. He acts like he wnats work done and even tells you to
Come over and he is going to give you a check. Here is his acting at it's
best, your at the address for work to pick up a deposit check for services
to start work. He comes out of his house and storms out the door gets in
his car and just leaves you standing there. Next you leave and you get a call
to come back over and pick the check up to do work for him.
Job starts, things start to get done. Jeremy King starts to raise cane because
work is not being done fast enough. Company hires more people to get done
quicker for the Jeremy King. Keep in mind he doesn't even say anything that
he is not happy with the work but he keeps letting you keep working. The Job
starts to all most be finished and he STOPS the job from being done runs off the
company with a little work to finish. What does Jeremy KIng do, he trys to hire the man that he needs
to finish the job at $10.00 an hour. Also because he didn't pay the other over $3500
for the job he just keeps the money.
Jeremy KIng knew we had to pay these men and him laughing about it and saying
This is your problem. Jeremy KIng also paid 2 African American men that was working
on the Job their money. The last guy was owed $260 some dollars and he told this
white male ( when your done with them come back and see Jeremy King and I will
take care of you finshing up the work at $10.00 and hour.
Also Jeremy King talked about guns so people were intimidated and scared of him.
Plus Jeremy KIng filed Bankruptcy in the town and State of Las Vegas NV.
Beware of this man he is a total Fraud and giving a chance he will steal from you

the father of the Lilly Landscape bunch is a scary old man. He demands payment before services and then does a subpar job. His son is an addict who is constantly robbing one customer to pay another customers job as wel as his habit. The Lilly Landscape team constantly thinks they can pump the customers in bigger homes for more money for the same shoddy work.
The only reason this "Landscaping team" is still in business is because they prey on new residents who don't know their reputation. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Beware new residents of the father or son of Lilly Landscaping.

This man is a sum bag. Beware of him. He will STEAL from you becasue he can. No one tried to take
anything from Jeremy King. Jeremay King PAID The black men so he wouldn't be sued PLUS HE WOULD OF LOST.
His actions was so bad he has a bad name in Myrtle Beach SC now because he steals from others.
The truth is the job wasn't done yet so Jeremy King Stoped us from finishing the job so he didn't have pay his bill. BEWARE OF JEREMY KING SCUM BAG

This was a Father and son team whom decided they would take my money and run. They also refused to pay the men they hired from Craigslist to do the work leaving them high and dry. ( Cicle Love) being one of the men. There work was poor, and most days they would never show.
I'm happy to provide pictures of there work, time stamped to anyone at anytime. They simply can't do the work. I then hired Cortney landscape to come in, fix and finish the job they could not complete. They did a great job. His his licensed and insured as well.
I found him only because Lilly landscape hired him to grind a stump in my back yard and Lilly landscape refused to pay him as well. I payed him, and ended up using him to finish the project. Great guy.. Great team.
