12/20/12              After the webinar, enrolled with the Monthly Group Coaching on Business Credit by Jerry Zigman.

01/04/13        Prior to January 4, 2013, repetitive calls and emails were made to the Business Credit call number which were ignored and prompted me to send another e-mail on February 10, 2013 explaining that I no longer could participate in the program:

. . . I no longer wish to maintain this service due to my relocation to another state.  After constant repeated telephone calls and e-mail requests and prior to the 30 days since ordering this program, one of your managers called me in response informing me that I could not place a hold on this program but would need to terminate and start again at a later date.   He also confirmed that my program with you would be cancelled whereby an e-mail was subsequently received the following day cancelling the program.  After the attached e-mail was received, I feel that I now have reached an impasse as the support tickets continue to be sent by e-mail demanding payment and all my telephone calls in response have not been returned.

I am most eager to rejoin your program by the end of this month due to my relocation to another state as explained on January 4, 2013 as I truly feel that this is a good one; however, these constant demands have been leaving a negative feeling about this companys operations and I certainly do not want to pursue other remedies.

01/16/13              Call from a representative to inform me of the business credit training session at 8:00 pm is about to start and that I would need to pay $997 by a major credit card immediately to proceed.  A program which I did not participate in.

01/22/13              E-mail from support request that my account has been cancelled.

01/25/13              E-mail to support explaining the following:

Over the past three weeks, the customer, Ms Esther Coulson, has spoken on several occasions to Charlene and her manager, who both agreed that the account would be suspended and that they will inform the billing department.  It appears that as a result of your e-mails attempting to charge my card, this never happened.

I would request again that you please discontinue your attempts to charge the card in question.  Thank you.

02/07/13              E-mail received from Jerry Zigman asking that I rejoin.

03/04/13              Returned a call from John Goldson, representing Jerry Zigman, who demanded the payment of $750 and threatened litigation in court; he explained that I did not honor the agreement and it was not cancelled and no such conversation took place.

Every week since, calls have been made from John Goldson demanding payment.

04/16/13              A letter from Mr. Goldson requesting payment.

04/23/13              Voice mail message from Attorney Bill Edwards to respond otherwise it will be short of going to court.

I dispute the charges of $750 for the following reasons:

1.                            Within a week of being enrolled in the program, I never received the CD in the mail although I paid $6.97 (shipping and handling) and I participated in one weekly coaching course which offered nothing new as it repeated everything that took place on the original webinar.  The following day, I called the toll free number and voiced my concerns on the coaching program to Charlene who stated she will review my concerns and have someone else get in touch with me.

Another representative called to ask where I was with my business and whether it was incorporated, described the steps Business Credit would undertake for me, if I follow their guidelines,  to receive business credits through Dunn and Bradstreet within the month.

2.                            The webinar showed Get 30 Day Free Trial of Business Credit Approved Training.  . . . You can cancel at any time.

I called weekly asking that my account be cancelled as I will no longer be able to participate.  The representative assured me that if I continue in the program, I would start by receiving business credit from companies, and encouraged me to stay.  I submitted my written cancellation within the 30-day period in writing by e-mail.

3.                            The support teams e-mail response to my cancellation attached the agreement which shows that the account has been cancelled; however, they attached an agreement:

I understand I will be billed $197/mo after the 30 day free trial of the monthly group coaching program which includes online training and group coaching calls and that I can cancel at any time.

I understand charges on the bill will read as charged by Key Solutions, LLC.

I would appreciate if you look into this matter as I reached an impasse within two weeks of enrolling; never received the CD paid for, and would like the $750 revoked, the letters to cease, and threatening telephone calls to stop.
