After being the single largest purchaser of Jetlev jetpack systems and acting as one of the only authorized sales agents for Jetlev. We at Jetlev Southwest/Jetpack America sold several units, for which we were never paid our agreed-upon commission percentage and we were never refunded $85,000 in pre-paid refundable deposits that they required to set up our San Diego location. In total, Jetlev owes our company over $100,000.

Understanding Jetlev's cash crunch, we negotiated a deal in September 2013 to let the company repay the balance through the delivery of AquaFlyer and AquaBoard units, which were promised to be delivered in November 2013. The promise of November became January, which became March then May. In April, I flew to Dania Beach to check on the status of the new units, which we'd already taken some deposits on from our customers who were eagerly awaiting their delivery. Jetlev CEO Matt Rosenblatt didn't even show his face in the office the day I arrived and I literally had to chase him down at the local motorsports store that his buddy runs where he was known to hide from angry customers.

Finally, at the end of the day, Matt called me and delivered the news that he was in the process of bankrupting the company with plans to launch the new jetpack systems under a new company. He let me know that, since the negotiated agreement was signed by him as a representative of Jetlev, which would soon be bankrupt, he wouldn't be honoring the terms of the agreement. He then had the audacity to "allow" me to buy new units from his new company for the same negotiated price he'd given me on the money they previously owed.

When I learned the truth about the situation, we immediately made the decision to cut all ties with Jetlev and we proceeded to refund all of our customer deposits, which was a huge burden to our company, considering we were counting on the sales of those units to keep our company going.

Virtually every single day we receive phone calls from people trying to track Matt down to see the status of their purchases. I've taken phone calls from people who wired $10k, $20k, $40k to various accounts around the country, then Matt vanished. Many of these "orders" were taken after he admitted to me that he was bankrupting the company, which makes this a pretty clear case of fraud.

It's unfortunate that the Jetlev inventor, Ray Li, got tangled up with Seth Gerszberg when the company was cash-strapped back in 2011. Seth initially put Benjamin White in place, who proved pretty quickly that he was far from ethical in his business dealings. Then Seth replaced Benjamin with Matt in 2013, proving that things could somehow go from bad to worse. Now Ray has been forced out of his own company and he's been forced to watch his baby and brain child sink in front of his own eyes.

It's anyone's guess how much money Matt has taken from the company and its clients, but it's clear he has absolutely no conscience about stealing money from honest, hard-working people around the world without a second thought.
