JTI owes us $39,800 which was a deposit for future purchases and not a “loan” for their operating expenses. The last sentence in paragraph 4 of our agreemet clearly states that they will return the deposit upon request. I’ve got multiple emails with Benjamin White (previous President) requesting the return of the monies. The first written request was on 4/24/13 after having numerous phone conversations with him discussing the fact that we were not in a position to purchase more units. The standard response was that the refund would be coming shortly. It has been over a year now. Here is my 4/24/13 email.

 

"Hi Benjamin,

 

As I’m sure you understand, we will not be able to purchase units 3 or 4 as scheduled. In addition, we require the 20% advance deposit monies paid to JTI ($39,800) for on-going  operating expenses. Please wire the money as soon as possible."

 

I was told it would be refunded numerous times by both Benjamin White and the new president, Matt Rosenblatt, but of course it never was.

 

I have heard that they owe close to $1,000,000 to various individuals although I can't substantiate it. I have also heard that they have closed their facility and relocated to a new location and plan on opening uner a different corporation while taking the assets of the "old" company with them.

I purchased the aquaflyer in early 2014 and have never received the product . Matt changed his email disconnected his phone and yet with all the people he has ripped off and continues to do so , why is the guy not in jail along with Seth and Sean . I think if nothing is done soon about him , someone is going to take things into their own hands and take care of him is what I'm hearing ... Let's get this guy !!!!

I worked as the National Sales Manager 2 years for Jetlev SE. a selling agent for Jetlev Inc. Benjamin White and Matt R the new socalled CEO, countless lies and stealing money from my good customers, all I would call friends is a standard for these two theves. Thank God, I have nothing to do with the company anymore. Literally EVERY Jetlev I sold, all paid in full befor delivery, all had extreem delays, some over a year past the promissed date, some NEVER recieved there units. We had one of our customers in NC that paid 100K for his machine, waited for over a year to finally recieve it, only to have constant problems. The customer finally took the Jetlev to a  certified Sea Doo engine dealership and when the motor numbers were inspected, it was found to be a 4 year old used/ rebuilt motor from an old jet ski!

The company and its oficials need to be brought to court and pay for their fraud.
