Jewish Marketing Solutions failed to follow through with the leads they promised.



On 05/24/12 we paid $1575 to Jewish Marketing Solutions to receive email leads for our business. When we signed up, we were led to believe that there were currently 2-3 dozen potential leads for our services, in our area. They (Christy Mallory & Roselyn Collings)also stated that within two weeks of our payment being received we would begin to receive business leads - individuals & companies seeking commercial building cleaning services.

A year has passed since we paid the fee to Jewish Marketing Solutions. At this time, we have yet to receive a single lead for our business. On 9/6, 9/10, and 9/17 we have emailed and called Jewish Marketing Solutions inquiring about why we have paid for a service that is not being performed. When we were finally able to get someone there to respond to our inquiries, we were told that leads had been sent. We have no record of any business leads being emailed to us nor can they provide any evidence that they have ever emailed any business leads to us. They stated that many of their leads are by phone referral. We have not had a SINGLE call from new customers inquiring about commercial cleaning services since we signed up with Jewish Marketing Solutions in May.



This company has failed on multiple accounts. First, they have failed to provide a single lead in nearly four months, despite leading us to believe otherwise. Second, they have stated over the phone that they have provided us with leads but can provide no proof to substantiate this claim. They have falsely advertised their services and taken our payment without providing any service for said fee. 

We then filed a BBB complaint against them and they still were not willing to correct their mistake.  They have called here multiple times a day for the past month after we have told them via writing a letter in mail, via fax, via over the phone, and every other method of communication that we could NOT to call us.  I finally had to file a complaint with the FTC 2 days ago b/c they failed to stop all communication with us per our request.

Overall - these people are a FRAUD.
