I do not know the OP, nor do I know the circumstances of their complaint, however, given what I know about DAG, I feel that the rebuttal commenter is totally out of line.
First of all, one does not need to be Jewish to comment on a bad experience with DAG. That's just ridiculous.
Secondly, you tell people to check the Better Business Bureau? Really? They have a rating of 'F' with the BBB. Not very impressive. Googling DAG will not yield better results. There are literally hundreds of complaints about DAG on the internet. Check sites like 800Notes, Who called me, Yelp, Ripoff Report, amongst many, many others. Maybe the rebuttal commenter should do the math.
My own personal experience with their advertising recruiters is awful. I will never understand how a business thinks they can gain a client by being rude and harassing them with daily phone calls. "No" means NO. Stop calling. I would not do business with this organization if they were the last advertiser on earth. NOT because they are Jewish (I have no idea what religious/ethnic background the employees are and don't care) but because they are jerks and won't leave me alone.
I tend to believe the OP. Particularly the part where he/she says, "managers have you tell bold-faced lies to the prospective advertisers and outright tell agents to treat/talk to the prospective advertisers like they were children". Sounds about right to me.

All this person did is make a very poor accusation. Where are the facts. What exactly was done. What exactly was said. Which emplooyes confided this to you. You have no examples. The company is a Jewish Company, why would you even know about it. Are you Jewish, and by the way, who are you and why are you hiding these comments without posting facts? This is absurd that people would even give consideration to these statements. People look here because they are afraid to risk money to get something.
Well, if you dont risk you will never have and never know only entertain gossip. Well in life you can make dust or eat it. Look up BBB and find out how many complaints are about this company, then compare it to google or facebook and yp, and people keep using them. Dont let someone scare you because you dont know anything about a Jewish company, ask them over and see for yourself and make your own mind up if they are honest and reliable.
They have been in business for over 23 years and their website, jewishyellow.com has been online since before 1995, which is before yellow pages went online. Do some real homework before listening to a bunch of fear driven panic attacks. The do business thousands of businesses a year, lets say this is all the complaints in 23 years of business and probably over 200,000 clients....how many clients does a normal business have in a lifetime. You do the math.
