I had purchesed credits from this company 4 months ago and at first was told to wait 6 hours and would have my credit in the game.  6 hours later i was told to wait 4 days and 4 days later was told to wait another 4 days and so on and so on. this went on for a few weeks then when I requested a refund kept getting told the boss was not in and that it was midnight there and would be in at 8 am.  When I contacted them at the time I was told to was told the boss doesn't work during the day and works at night.  So apparently they can't even get a lie right.  I recently found a phone number to contact the company and when they found out who it was that was contacting them they hung the phone up on me and would not answer again.  All i want is my $15 back and for this company to be totally taken off the internet and put out of business so they do not have the chance to rip off anyone else.

Their customer service is amazing for an online company.  All of my questions were answered expertly and I was very satisfied with the level of knowledge I was presented with when making my decision. Will definitely be buying more gold from gameim very soon! They really have a great selection and the gold was received in 20 mins.

I have bought games from this site for 2 years, but have not met any problems.They are the legitimate company, so they have to according the legal procedures.I think you must misunderstand gameim or others.
I am 100% satisfied with gameim.com. It was a breeze to order on their website. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the product but also by the care that customer service provided me with. It is a pleasure to know such service still exists and I am delighted to have discovered gameim.com! Couldn't ask for a better service.

I am sorry for not agree with you. I have played wow for about 2 years, and began to buy gold from gameim.com since the beginning of 2011. Until now, a year passed, I have always got my game gold which I bought, sometimes they gave me some discounts for I usually buy gold from them. I guess that there might be some mistake about what you met with. Wish you good luck next time no matter where you buy gold.
