1. NO CAPS. It's called yelling, and is very hard to read and irritating, not good form.
2. No cars, except very high end cars, SPECIFY synthetic oil. No manufacturer recommends a synthetic blend.
3. Every new car comes with a manual. It is the owners responsibility to read and become familiar with it. I have no doubt that you are more familiar with the operation of your $100 cell phone than with your car.
The reason that auto repair facilities of all types get so many complaints is that the consumer is uninformed. Is this the fault of the industry or the consumer? Both; you allow yourself to be taken advantage of by being ignorant and uninformed. Clearly, this does NOT give the industry carte blanche to take advantage of you.
