  14 reviews 1.0 star rating 10/7/2017 Horrible experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. One thing I will say they were fast. Fast to rip me off and fast to say there was nothing they could for me. Talk about exploitation. I am an Uber and Lyft driver. I take the safety of my passengers very seriously, and if there was ever a problem with service I would do everything in power to correct it. Obviously, Jiffy Lube does nothing for customer satisfaction. They told me my air filters were dirty and I saw them and they were. I would not want my passengers to breathe dirty air. He said they go for 49.99 for the cabin filter and the air filter was 28.99. The good news is that they would give me 10.00 off. Okay, I felt rushed to make a decision, but I said ok. Total bill came out to 106.49 with the "discount". Supposedly they vacuum your car too. Not in my case. I had literally just left when I pulled in the car wash a few hundred feet away, I looked up the price of this cabin air filter. Price varies between 12-15 dollars and auto zone and amazon. So I called them right back. Spoke with Jordan, the store manager. He said yes you could get it cheaper at auto zone but your paying for the service. If you go to Toyota they charge double. Basically he dismissed me and said there was nothing he could do.

So, I called Toyota and they said the cabin filters are 24.99. I returned to Jiffy lube a few minutes later and told him I felt they are exploited. He said that's ridiculous. That because he charged me the regular price I am calling him a sexist. Bottom line, they see a woman coming and they know they have got you. I understand they already opened the package, but what about a price match guarantee. Obviously they know if they honored that they would go out of business, since the majority of services provided are extremely overpriced. I asked if I bought the same exact parts for less at Toyota brand new would they then give me the difference and again no. There is nothing they can do for me. I called and left a message for Jay Wolfe the district manager. I haven't heard back from him yet, so I can nothing about the response I get until he calls me back.

To be fair, he may be willing to resolve this issue. Also, no one vacuumed my car. I keep my car as clean as possible but since my last trip there were crumbs in the car that were still there. So I went to the car wash to vacuum it. I asked him who vacuumed it he didn't know. Nobody knew because nobody did it. I will be writing a letter to the ceo of Jiffy Lube Steven Ledbetter to share my experience with him if this matter does not get resolved. Save yourself the extra charges and go to a reputable place. 106.00 for 9 minutes of service is not a bargain.
