Jim Adler & associates ' a multi-state LAW FIRM ' BEWARE. WARNING. DANGER. THE TEXAS HAMSTERS - Some call them on yelp RACIST rightfully so, in my experiences, I see how it would be nearly impossible to conclude otherwise. GREEDY - also upon yelp, it is only an echo chamber of mirrored sentiment & lack of responsibility on the firms behalf. Unprofessional DISRESPECTFUL THREATENING - THOUGH OPEN TO NEGOTIATION IVE ADDED THE 3 LATTER AKA’S FROM MY EXPERIENCES. Settled my case without my consent or involvement & false promises threatened & been at no time considerate or cordial. Dallas Texas

i was hit by a suv while at a stop light upon my motorcycle, Denton Texas pd officer arrives and LAUGHS AT ME AS I LAY DOWN ON THE GROUND BROKEN ALL LIMBS, says I must have been speeding directly after laughter. He then before investigative effort assured the at fault driver she Had no need to worry. He wrote a false & misleading report, my life has been changed & I’ll be the blame.
So I called to my defense JIM ADLER & ASSOCIATES, who then proceeded to lie, threaten & black male me while I lay drugged within the hospital. I insisted that the firm and I had started off on a horrible note, & also that I had signed an agreement which after one day, I TRIED TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE & WAS THREATENED WITH LEIN LAWSUITS & SABOTAGE OF MY CASE. Eventually I discharged from hospital & decided to access the rehabilitation promised, THEY TOLD ME TO SEARCH FOR MY OWN OPTION AND GET TO THOSE OPTIONS MY SELF, THE DIRECT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS AGREED UPON, WITH THEIR UNSCRUPULOUS INVESTIGATOR SENT TO MY HOSPITAL BEDSIDE. THEY NEVER CALLED THEY NEVER TOLD THE TRUTH, THEY WOULDNT EVEN HEAR GRIEVANCE IN ORDER TO CORRECT POSSIBLE ISSUES, LEADING ME TO SEEK COMFORT IN THE WARNING OF OTHERS TO STAY AWAY. YOU WILL WILL NOT SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY, they will say all things to get you to sign your life away to them & turn on you immediately. They will collude against clients vigorously, they will settle on your behalf without consent, they will condescend disregard and ultimately chart & take full advantage of your already terrible accident. I WILL REMAIN OPEN TO NEGOTIATING UNTIL ALL LEGAL OPTIONS ARE EXHAUSTED.
