J&J Mechanical Damaged our A/C system mickleton, New Jersey
Company came to do a standard tune up on our A/C. which they never completed according to another contractor who came out later to fix the damage. First they put too much freeon in the unit causing damage to the A/C second they removed many of the parts and left them scattered all over the lawn, third they installed parts not needed and hard wired the unit to the house which is against code it should go through a fuse system. After they left the a/c didn't work and i had to call another company to come out because they told us they would come back several times but never showed up. Ultimately this "tune-up" cost me $700; $300 i paid them and $400 to pay another company to fix the damages.

We return our calls & take care of our customers. We have done so for the past ten years. I believe you may need to communicate with your spouse better and get your story straight. Rescheduling a non emergency call with your wife & not showing up are 2 totally different things. As a matter of fact I showed up personally and addressed the disconnect box issue after a technician RESCHEDULED with your wife. Your system was running fine at that time before and after I came. It still amazes us as to how you feel that we ripped you off being that you were not even at the property at the times of service. We dealt with your spouse.Nonetheless we will now be handing this matter over to our business attorneys. Thank You for your time & have a happy day
