We return our calls & take care of our customers. We have done so for the past ten years. I believe you may need to communicate with your spouse better and get your story straight. Rescheduling a non emergency call with your wife & not showing up are 2 totally different things. As a matter of fact I showed up personally and addressed the disconnect box issue after a technician RESCHEDULED with your wife. Your system was running fine at that time before and after I came. It still amazes us as to how you feel that we ripped you off being that you were not even at the property at the times of service. We dealt with your spouse.Nonetheless we will now be handing this matter over to our business attorneys. Thank You for your time & have a happy day
