I am the Service Manager for JK Chevrolet.
In response to this report;
It is JK Chevrolets policy to accept personal checks for service. We use a funds verification service for check authorizations. It is possible that there were multiple concerns with this vehicle.
It Is the policy of JK Chevrolet to resolve all customer concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. It would be necessary for Management at the dealership to be informed when a customer has an issue involving dissatisfaction. At no time was I contacted about this issue.
I would be happy to review all of the associated documentation to support the customers concern and take action to try to correct any ongoing concerns that may be a result of any of the services we provided.

I am the person that filed this report. I attempted to contact the owner several times and every time I was informed that he did not deal with customer complaints personally. This matter has never been resolved and there "reputation" is not as great as they think. Also, It has been almost 5 years since this incident and I have yet to have any problems with the AC in this vehicle. The best thing I could tell you is to find another dealer. If you think JK Chevrolet is a great place then I feel sorry for you as they will rip you off weather you know it or not. I have not and still will not ever do business with this company again. I know many others that have had the same or worse happen to them. This is a shady company, do not trust them.

This issue would have certainly been resolved if Terry would have only made contact with the owner and operator of JK Chevrolet. We have a great reputation in our community, we sponser Teachers, Schools, local outreach organizations, Lamar University and we value all of our customers. Our Better Business Bureau rating is very high and we have real customers speak for us on all of our local television commercials. If anyone ever has a question or a concern about our business practices they are welcome to come and speak with the owner Robert Turner. He would welcome any concern as it will help us maintain our good reputation in our community.
